Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities

PCOTC AKC AGILITY TRIAL VOLUNTEER WORKERS NEEDED - MAY 10TH - 12TH 2024

We can’t run an AKC Agility Trial without volunteer workers. Barbara Siegel is our Trial Chairperson and is looking to identify volunteers to fill the key trial jobs so that each key trial position has two people for coverage. All our volunteer workers receive hours, worker’s raffle tickets, snacks and our gratitude in return. We need workers on all three days of our trial, Friday, May 10th, Saturday, May 11th & Sunday, May 12th. Our trial is being held at Skyline, Middletown, NY.

Additional volunteer opportunities will be available on a worker's sign-up sheet from Fast Times Agility after the trial premium closes.

Volunteer Opportunities Include:

Ribbons and Worker Raffles Coordinator - Jamie McKay: We need one volunteer to work with Jamie to help manage these activities and to transport the ribbons from PCOTC to Skyline and back again.

Volunteer Coordinator - Deedie Domenicali: We need one experienced volunteer to assist Deedie with this important trial function.

Dedicated Course Builders - Stephen McKay: While Stephen is our Chief Course Builder, we need many members to be dedicated course builders to help build the courses throughout the trial.

Hospitality Coordinator: We need a lead volunteer to arrange snacks and water for the volunteers, lunches for dedicated workers, judge's lunch, and whatever else the judge needs for the day.

Ground Crew:  We need volunteers to do the general clean-up thru the day, each day, emptying garbage, etc.

If you are interested in any of these volunteer opportunities or have questions, please email Deedie Domenicali or Barbara Siegel.
